Effective Teaching Strategies (ETS)
This course is designed for child nutrition personnel, especially
directors, supervisors, and nutrition education specialists, who
wish to do nutrition education or conduct staff training.

Child Nutrition Program Administration (CNPA)
This course is designed for child nutrition program directors who
have been employed in the position of director of child nutrition
services for two years or less.
