Literacy Across the Curriculum for an Equitable Society (LACES)
The M.A. degree in Education with an Emphasis in Literacy Across the Curriculum for an Equitable Society (LACES) offers a dynamic program for K-8 teachers interested in advocacy for social justice and equitable literacy learning and teaching in urban schools. We also offer a Reading Certificate and a Reading/ Language Arts Specialist Credential, but they are in the process of being revised.
