At its meeting of September 27, 2004, the Academic Senate passed the following Senate Management Recommendation presented by Sally Veregge for the Organization and Government Committee.

SENATE MANAGEMENT RESOLUTION

CHANGE IN MEMBERSHIP OF THE INSTRUCTION AND STUDENT AFFAIRS (ISA) COMMITTEE

WHEREAS, Many issues addressed by the Instruction and Student Affairs Committee are in the realm of the Office of Undergraduate Studies, and

WHEREAS, Enrollment Services and Academic Services have been merged into one unit, Enrollment and Academic Services, therefore be it

RESOLVED, That the following changes be made to the membership of the Instruction and Student Affairs Committee:

Add the Associate Vice President for Undergraduate Studies or designee as an ex officio, non-voting member of the committee.

Replace the seat for the Director, Academic Services, with a seat for the Associate Vice President of Enrollment and Academic Services or designee as an ex officio, member of the committee.
