Employment Authorization and Compliance
The Employment Authorization and Compliance unit is responsible for ensuring all campus employees complete the appropriate new hire paperwork, including the Form I-9, in a timely fashion before they start their work at SJSU. In addition, we manage immigration processes and policies for all employees and assist international faculty with onboarding. Finally, we manage and monitor required compliance training via CSULearn.
