Asha Weinstein Agrawal
Asha Weinstein Agrawal is a professor of urban and regional planning and director
of the Mineta Transportation Institute’s National Transportation Finance Committee
at San José State University. Her research includes transportation policy and planning,
encompassing transportation finance, planning for pedestrians and bicycles, travel
survey methods, public opinion research and transportation history.
She holds a doctoral degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
