Kelly Snider
Kelly Snider is a professor in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning and director
of the Certificate in Real Estate Development Program (CRED). She is an expert in
the ways laws, regulations and policies impact the design, financing, and construction
of buildings in urban areas as well as strategies that will increase diversity in
California neighborhoods to create healthy, equitable and sustainable multi-generational
communities.
Kelly is a real estate developer and has a master’s degree in city planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
