Laura Sullivan-Green
Laura Sullivan-Green is a professor and department chair in the Civil and Environmental
Engineering Department. She has expertise in the areas of landslides, mudslides, and
debris flows. Her research is in the areas of forensic engineering education and failure
dissemination, the use of advanced pedagogies in higher education, and geotechnical
engineering.
Dr. Sullivan-Green holds master’s and doctoral degrees in civil engineering from Northwestern University.
