For the second consecutive year, San Jose State University will be unable to accept most admissions applications for spring semester due to state budget constraints. This includes spring 2011 applications from most prospective first-time freshmen, community college transfer students, graduate students, and students seeking a second bachelor's degree (post-baccalaureates). Exceptions include non-state funded programs for working professionals and several teacher credentialing programs. Should the budget situation change significantly prior to August 1, 2010, CSU Mentor will be the first and best source for information regarding any changes to the above update.
