There are funding sources that can assist students with tuition, textbooks, transportation, and acquiring assistive technology, etc..Listed below are a few of those funding sources:
- CA Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) - For students who have disabilities to secure employment, develop or promote
in their education, and live independently in their community of choice. Help students
build a plan that’s right for them:

- Job search and interview skills
- Job training and tools
- College and textbooks
- Disability equipment
- Support services like childcare or transportation

- Orion Fund - Awards grants (up to $5,000) to California college students under the age of 32 who have a serious illness or injury affecting their ability to stay in school.
- Dale M. Schoettler Scholarship - For visually impaired students. 46 $10,000 Scholarships awarded on a rolling basis.
