Program Learning Outcomes

The MS in Applied Data Intelligence develops students with the skills and knowledge necessary to analyze, interpret and apply data to solve real-world problems while addressing the growing demand for professionals who can transform data into actionable insights across various industries. Students who complete the program will be able to demonstrate the following program learning outcomes: 

PLO 1

Integrate multidisciplinary knowledge to lead applied data intelligence projects, from requirement analysis to model development and assessment of societal impact.

PLO 2

Identify, evaluate, and apply current and emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in applied data intelligence.

PLO 3

Apply effective oral and written communication skills required for professional documentation and presentations to technical audiences.

PLO 4

Perform applied research in data intelligence, researching domain-specific solutions.

PLO 5

Utilize quantitative skills from a rich foundation of essential knowledge to solve complex, dynamic, and applied data Intelligence problems in various professional domains.

PLO 6

Work productively as individuals and in teamwork to perform real-world data intelligence solutions.

Identify ways in which data  intelligence  professionals can contribute to the cultural, economic, educational and social well-being in diverse and multicultural local, national and global contexts.
