For students, by students! LILAC (LCoB Interorganizational Leadership Advancement Committee) is the bridge connecting business students and organizations to career readiness opportunities. As a representative organization under the Dean’s Office, LILAC drives collaborations between the Spartan network, industry leaders, and student organizations. 

Through signature events like the Ignite & Inspire Series, Business Carnival, company workshops, and cross-organization collaborations, LILAC activates the space between academia, industry, and student leadership—empowering students to grow personally and professionally.
