Vagina Monologues Auditions
If you would like to audition for the 2021 production of the SJSU Vagina Monologues please attend one of the audition sessions at the Gender Equity Center (Student Union 1st Floor).

Audition Prep
On the day of the auditions there will be scripts available to choose from to audition with; memorization is optional. After you perform your piece for the casting panel they may ask you to perform a cold read of a piece of an additional monologue.
Call Backs
Call backs will be held during the first few weeks of October with the final cast being set by the end of October.
Performances
All performances are at held at Morris Dailey Auditorium (Tower Hall), the performance date for 2021 will be determined by mid November. The production usually happens in mid February.

Beneficiaries
Beneficiaries are local non-profit organizations whose programming supports survivors of violence and/or who work to end sexual violence, intimiate partner violence and domestic violence. Past proceeds have gone to the YWCA Rape Crisis Center and Asian Women's Home, a program of Asian Americans for Community Involvment (AACI).
