Upper Division Advising

Upper Division Students (those who have completed 60 or more units) can visit the Jack Holland Success Center in the Boccardo Business Complex 008 for support.

Upper division students can get support in the following ways:

• Service #1: Transaction Requests
  • Need to complete a quick transaction? Access our form here: Transaction Requests to submit your request.
  • This form is not for drop-in advising or scheduling an appointment.
  • Transaction Options Include:
    • Graduation Date Change Form
    • Declare the Business Minor
    • BUS2 190 Enrollment Support

• Service #2: Drop-in Advising* (see notes below)
  • Drop-in advising are 15 minute sessions for upper division students only (60+ units completed).
  • You can review the schedule for February 2026 here (coming soon).
  • You can sign up for drop-in advising here.
    • The form is only available during our drop-in hours.
    • The form may close early if we reach capacity.
    • We do not have drop-in advising on Fridays.

• Service #3: Advising Appointments
  • Appointments are 30 minute sessions. Schedule an appointment via Spartan Connect (In-person and Zoom).

  • Appointments are generally released one month at a time:
    
    • • February 2026 appointments were released on January 30th.
      • March 2026 appointments will be released on February 27th.

*Students interested in changing their major to Business or adding the Business minor must attend drop-in advising (Service #2).

Students seeking advising support for disqualification, reinstatement, or as a Former Student Returning (FSR) must attend drop-in advising (Service #2).
