The Non-Resident Steps to Admissions Brochure is designed for prospective Freshmen and Transfer students who are not California residents. The International Steps to Admission Brochure is designed for prospective International Freshmen and Transfer applicants applying for Fall with an F-1 or J-1 Visa.
