The Writing Center sends regular updates through its mailing lists, allowing students and faculty to receive information quickly and easily via their SJSU email account.

Student Services

  1. Go to the Writing Center Student Services Group page.
  2. If you are already signed into your SJSU email account, click “For access, try joining the group.”
  3. If you are not signed into your SJSU email account, click “If you’ve seen this page more than once, try switching accounts.” Then, log in to your SJSU email account and SJSUOne password to join the group.

Faculty Services

  1. Go to the Writing Center Faculty Services Group page.
  2. If you are already signed into your SJSU email account, click “For access, try joining the group.”
  3. If you are not signed into your SJSU email account, click “If you’ve seen this page more than once, try switching accounts.” Then, log in to your SJSU email account and SJSUOne password to join the group.

To Leave a Group/Unsubscribe

You can leave your group at any time.

  1. Click on the appropriate link above for your group, ensuring you are logged in to your SJSU email account.
  2. Click on “My membership settings” in the left-hand toolbar.
  3. Next to the group name at the top, click on “Leave group.”
  4. You will be prompted to confirm that you wish to leave the group. Click “Yes, leave group.”

If you have issues joining your group, email writingcenter@sjsu.edu from your SJSU email address, and we will manually add you.
