Kelli Benedetti
'10 BS, Molecular Biology

Kelli was an undergraduate MARC scholar, working in Dr. Miri VanHoven’s lab. She continued in the VanHoven lab as a Master’s student and John and Betty Davison fellow, studying the role of several proteins in synaptic partner recognition, an event necessary for proper wiring of the brain. She is now a PhD candidate at UCSF in Dr. Noelle L’Etoile’s lab, studying how the environment shapes our behavior through neuroplasticity.
