Over the course of the last few months, my observation has been that incoming students are keen on getting a stronghold over their nascent international student life here. Our program offers them the perfect platform to capture their ideal mentor, thus affirming the potency of our initiative. "Here is my experience with mentee in the mentorship program. It's been an amazing ride!

1)  It was more like hanging out with a friend than a formal mentor-mentee thing. We clicked right away and learning from each other was super fun. I helped him with his courses and assignments, and he had some great pointers for my resume too.

2) It was cool to see his confidence grow. I think our resume swaps and chats about life really made a difference.

3)  The program's laid-back vibe worked well for us. It was structured but not too rigid, which let us do our thing and grow at our own pace. The reminders and tips from you guys were really handy too.

4) I learned a lot too! His ideas and feedback opened my eyes to new things, and I feel like I've grown a lot personally."

I had the incredible privilege of serving as a mentor in our peer mentorship program, and I cannot express enough how fulfilling and rewarding this experience has been. One of my mentees, a student with outstanding academic prowess, sought my guidance and support on a wide range of topics.
