Informal/Formal Resolution Process
Student fills out an Ombuds Intake Form and schedules a phone/zoom/in-person appointment with the Student Ombudsperson (Ombuds).
Student Ombudsperson evaluates and submits the case to the Student Fairness Committee (SFC) for consideration.
A subcommittee of the SFC investigates the claim and submits its finding to the full SFC for recommendation.
