Security Camera Application

Our policies on video security camera request are detailed in the Video Security Application Guidelines [pdf].

The Video Security Camera Request Form (VSCRF) is available for online submission. This form must be completed by personnel authorized to make the request. The information requested on the form is needed to make decisions on which location(s) to install security video camera(s), the number of camera(s) needed, and whether the request is justified. The requester and sponsoring department will be held responsible for remaining compliant with the the Video Security Application Guidelines and the information contained in the submitted application. It is mandatory that you read the Video Security Application Guidelines before submitting this form.
