Animation & Illustration Community Engagement
Animation & Illustration Community Engagement
Our Design Department believes that design is more than just aesthetics; it’s also the ability to apply what is learned in the classroom to better the community, not only as designers, but as global citizens. Our Animation & Illustration students often work with high school programs and give talks to younger students who visit SJSU. Listed below are some of the engagement opportunities the Animation & Illustration program offers to the community.

- Visits to the program are available for families at 11:00 AM-12:30 PM on one Tuesday each month and must be scheduled in advance. Visits consist of a program overview, classroom visits, facilities tours, and samples of student artwork.
