Vision

The Institutional Research and Strategic Analytics (IRSA) department will coalesce complex, disparate, and siloed data to synthesize experiential learning inside and outside of the classroom in support of building a culture that leverages data-informed decision-making and aims to improve student success through high-quality, engaging learning experiences. IRSA will establish consensus on the analytical needs of the institution and build a robust data infrastructure to elevate how we use historical and current information to guide strategic priorities to support students from pre-matriculation to timely degree completion and beyond.
