Information Regarding SJSU Adapt Town Halls (July 23 and 28)

Dear campus community,
I hope you have been able to review the SJSU Adapt plan, which details San José State University’s plan for adapting to the COVID-19 pandemic for the fall 2020 semester and beyond. As there is a great deal of information on the site, I can imagine you may have questions to ask.
In an effort to provide a space where the SJSU community can ask these questions, we will be holding two SJSU Adapt town halls:
Due to space limitations on the platform we will be using for the virtual town hall, registration is required. An additional town hall is being planned for parents and students for the first week of August. Details are forthcoming.
The town halls will cover the same introductory information about SJSU's hybrid model for teaching and learning for the fall semester and the process for safely returning people and programs to campus. The majority of the time will be dedicated to answering questions.
I encourage you to submit your questions in advance for the Q&A segment of the town hall when you register. You also will have the opportunity to ask questions during the town hall. We will do our best to answer all questions, prioritizing those that affect most, if not all, of our campus community.
If you are unable to attend either of the scheduled town halls, recordings will be posted and accessible on the SJSU Adapt website.
