Lisa Josefik
Executive Assistant to the Dean
Lisa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, operations
and leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Dean of the San
José State University King Library, she excels in fostering college preparedness and
critical thinking among students. With a strong background in college admissions counseling,
Lisa has guided over 250 students to successful outcomes. Her previous roles include
Director of Operations at The Learning Studios, CEO of Lentilicious® USA and Project
Manager at California Physical Education Health, where she demonstrated exceptional
leadership and strategic planning skills. Lisa's diverse career also includes significant
contributions in managing professional development programs, rejuvenating organizational
infrastructures and leading large-scale customer relationship management initiatives.
She holds a Master of Arts from San José State University and a Bachelor of Science
from The Pennsylvania State University.

Jyoti Mehta
College Academic Support Analyst
Jyoti provides operational and administrative management for the Dean's Office as
well as the Academic Units.
