Instructions to Submit a Tribal Request

To request consultation please send an email to San José State University Repatriation Coordinator, Alisha Marie Ragland, at alisha.ragland@sjsu.edu.  

To make a repatriation request, please send an email to San José State University Repatriation Coordinator, alisha.ragland@sjsu.edu, and/or mail a letter to the university at the following address:

Please include the following information:

  1. Your full name and Tribal affiliation;
  2. Contact information such as phone number, email address, or mailing address;
  3. The document number or URL of the Federal Register notice, and collection name.

Repatriation requests from Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations should be signed and sent on official letterhead. For questions regarding repatriation request letters please contact the Repatriation Coordinator at alisha.ragland@sjsu.edu.
