Our Mission Statement

Our mission is to serve the San Jose State University community by maintaining the integrity of student records, upholding and enforcing regulations relating to policies and explaining those policies to students, alumni, faculty, and staff through accurate, efficient services, delivered with respect and care.

Our Services

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for registration, grades, verification of enrollment and degree, official transcripts, reinstatement, undergraduate graduation (which includes diplomas), visitor/concurrent enrollment, Step-to-College, cross-enrollment, E-Advising, Transfer Credit, Articulation, and FERPA Compliance.
