Transcripts

Official Transcript

The quickest way to get your official transcript is to order an electronic(PDF) copy. This option is available to all students.

  • Current students:

    • Important notice to all spring '24 students:

        • Transcript processing will cease beginning May 25th and will resume on June 6th due to grades and academic standing processing. To ensure delivery of your transcript, you may place your order and select "Hold until grades are posted". 
        • If you are graduating in spring '24: You may place your transcript order and select "Hold until degree is posted". Keep in mind that degree posting normally takes place one month after the end of the semester, see Degree Posting Timeline.

    • If you did not take spring '24 classes or are not graduating this semester: You may order your transcript as usual.

Login to your MySJSU Portal to place an order. In Student Center, you will find "Order Official Transcript" link on the right column:

  • Former students:

No longer have access to their MySJSU after 12 months and must order from Parchment, our vendor. You do not need your SJSU ID number to place an order.

Unofficial transcripts

Log into your MySJSU Account to access your unofficial transcript. See navigation to view your transcript via MySJSU. If you no longer have access to MySJSU, you must order an official transcript.

We do not print transcripts on campus – all transcripts must be ordered electronically through our vendor, Parchment.
