Advisor Requests
Academic Advisors can use the Advisor Request System to submit two types of requests to the Office of the Registrar: General Records Requests and MyProgress Requests.
General Records Requests:

- Change of Major
- Add a Minor or Second Major
- Drop a Minor or Second Major
- Change Catalog Year for Major or Minor
- Cal-GETC GE Requirement Term Change

- Request to change a student’s General Education (GE) requirements to align with the Cal-GETC pattern, regardless of catalog rights.

- University Requirement Catalog Year Change (for GE Core and/or PE requirements)

- Request to change a student’s General Education (GE) requirements to a term for which they have catalog rights.

- Credit/No Credit Grading Option
