Advisor Requests

Academic Advisors can use the Advisor Request System to submit two types of requests to the Office of the Registrar: General Records Requests and MyProgress Requests.

General Records Requests:

    • Change of Major
    • Add a Minor or Second Major
    • Drop a Minor or Second Major
    • Change Catalog Year for Major or Minor
    • Cal-GETC GE Requirement Term Change
        • Request to change a student’s General Education (GE) requirements to align with the Cal-GETC pattern, regardless of catalog rights.
    • University Requirement Catalog Year Change (for GE Core and/or PE requirements)
        • Request to change a student’s General Education (GE) requirements to a term for which they have catalog rights.
    • Credit/No Credit Grading Option
