Mobile Video Conferencing Units
What You Need to Know
Mobile units are deployed in several approved Colleges and administration offices on campus at no cost. Mobile units are plug-and-play conferencing units that can be used by SJSU faculty and staff in learning or meeting spaces as virtual meeting rooms. They can be used to collaborate remotely with external professors, industry experts, and other participants. They are also ideal for conducting video interviews, meeting with vendors, and joining Zoom with seamless audio and video.

Reserving a Mobile Conferencing Unit
If Staff or Faculty require web conferencing services but lack access to an enabled location or device, it is crucial to:
- Complete the form below to arrange for mobile unit delivery at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
- Ensure there are functional network ports in the proposed location.
