Project Overview

For seamless cloud-based communication and collaboration, Zoom Phone bundles video meetings, team chat, phone calls, and SMS into one convenient platform. This all-in-one solution simplifies workflows and ensures efficient collaboration across any device.

Communications

The migration from the current Cisco phone solution to Zoom Phone will take place in phases starting later this summer. There will be several communications to the campus as cutover dates are determined.

Advisory Group

The Zoom Phone Advisory Group provides leadership in guiding this project. They are instrumental in identifying user needs, and communicating with campus users to ensure a smooth transition.

Information Technology provides all campus telephone operations and support of the current Cisco Telephone System.
