Short URL

You can chose to shorten URLs to make them easier to share. Short URLs can be applied to create custom links.

You’ll notice that there’s an “r” in front of the Short URL. Short URLs are created via bitly using the SJSU sub domain and the “r” indicates that the link is a “redirect,” or that the link is going to point to a different place.
