What You Need to Know

The IT Service Desk is located on the first floor in Clark Hall.

  • Staff are ready to help you with your technical needs.
  • You can call, email, or text chat with us.
  • Our computer labs are available in Clark Hall 102 and Campus Village B.
  • All requests for account changes such as fob requests, device changes, unlock request, password help, etc. require an in-person or a video visit.
    • These changes will have a 2 month implementation period starting in mid-November 2024.
  • Video visits can be scheduled with QLess. Immediate assistance is also available. Call or chat with us for an on the spot video meeting. 

Note: The Service Desk is closed on all Campus Closure Holidays.
