SJSU IT will partner with Adobe to provide Adobe Sign training and documentation as the migration progresses. Resources will be added to this page as they become available.

Adobe Sign Access

Effective October 1, 2026, all power users may begin using Adobe Sign to:

  • Send, sign, track, and view envelopes
  • Create new templates in Adobe Sign

Users will access Adobe Sign using their SJSU account. Additional login instructions will be provided before go-live.

General User Resources

Training Sessions

Training sessions will be scheduled as migration groups are identified. For "Invite Only" training sessions, select user groups will receive separate calendar invitations for each Zoom training session. All sessions will be recorded and made available for future reference.
